Ashtanga yoga
Ashtanga Yoga is a Breathing yoga that applies the poses and sequences that rapidly link every movement to easy and healthy breath.
Bikram yoga
Bikram yoga is 26 poses and a sequence-based Breathing Yoga which is also known as hot yoga performed in artificially heated rooms at a temperature and with 40% humidity. It consists of two breathing exercises.
Hatha yoga
This type of yoga, it teaches basic physical poses.
Iyengar yoga
This type of yoga practice, it focuses on finding the correct alignment in each pose with the help of a range of helping tools like blocks, blankets, straps, chairs, and bolsters.
Kripalu yoga
Kripalu classes teach practitioners to know, accept, and learn from the body and it is usually begins with breathing exercises and gentle stretches, followed by a series of individual poses and final relaxation. Kripalu yoga help to learn to find our own level of practice by looking inward.
